What's a giclée?
Giclée- (zhee-klay) A French word meaning to "spray" a liquid. A Giclée is a high-resolution, high-end reproduction done on a specialize large format printer that "sprays" ink onto the surface. The ink is sprayed onto the canvas, actually mixing the color on the page to create truer shades and hues. The range, or "gamut" of color for giclées is extraordinary, and details are crisp.
